ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

All oral presentations have been given a 20 minute slot (15 for presentation + 5 minutes for questions). All presenters need to verify that their presentation equipment works properly by contacting their session chair before the beginning of the session.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Authors will have available a panel of size 1 meter wide by 2 meters tall for their poster. The recommended poster size is A0, portrait size: width 841 mm (33.1 inches), height 1189 mm (46.8 inches). There will be a few tables available for authors willing to bring additional material to support their presentation.

DEMO PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Authors will have available tables, chairs, and electric outlets. There will be panels, of size 1 meter wide by 2 meters tall, available for authors willing to bring a poster to support their demo. The recommended poster size is A0, portrait size: width 841 mm (33.1 inches), height 1189 mm (46.8 inches).
