Each accepted paper must be registered by one of the authors at a non-Student rate until May 28th, 2025 in order to have the paper included in the final proceedings. According to IAPR rules, a co-author of multiple papers may register a maximum of 3 of her/his papers with a single non-Student registration.

Full registration includes: complete technical program, tutorials, on-line proceedings, lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Student registration includes: complete technical program, tutorials, on-line proceedings, lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Tutorials & DC only includes: Tutorials, Doctoral Consortium, lunch on tutorials day, coffee break on tutorials day.

Additional conference dinner tickets will cost 80€ per additional ticket.

Registration cancellations must be communicated to the event email: ibpria2025@isr.uc.pt
If we receive your written cancellation before May 30, 2025, the registration fees will be refunded in 50%. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after May 30, 2025.
