A Doctoral Consortium (DC) will be organized for IbPRIA attendants at the tutorials day, June 30th in the morning. The DC provides a unique opportunity for PhD students to present their ongoing work and to interact with other students and experienced researchers. It doesn't matter if the work has been previously presented at another conference, it is intended to be presented elsewhere, or it is still in progress. The DC is open to PhD students at any stage of their doctoral studies.

To participate in the DC, students should use the submission forms available here, to submit an Extended Abstract in PDF and present a poster in that session. The deadline for DC submission is on June 6th, 2025Submissions are open until June 22nd. If the Extended Abstract is accepted, the PhD student must also register to the conference (see Registration page).

DC posters should have A1 format with vertical (portrait) orientation. The student must be present at the poster session to interact with attendees during the DC session.

Although it is not mandatory, you can use the IBPRIA 2025 DC template, available here.

We will create a "Book of Extended Abstracts" document, with the accepted Extended Abstracts submitted by the PhD students. By sharing this document we have the main objective of promoting knowledge sharing and encourage attendees to develop a high-quality work.

Upon request, posters can be printed in Coimbra and have it ready for you at the registration desk. If you would like to take advantage of this, make sure to follow the instructions below:

1. Send your poster (in PDF format) until June 22 to ibpria25@isr.uc.pt
2. Along with the poster, please include your billing information (Name, Address, VAT number) in the email
3. At the registration desk, you will be asked to pay the printing fee of 8€ – cash only
