A Doctoral Consortium (DC) will be organized for IbPRIA attendants at the tutorials day, June 27th at 9:00. The DC provides a unique opportunity for PhD students to present their ongoing work and to interact with other students and experienced researchers. It doesn't matter if the work has been previously presented at another conference, is intended to be presented elsewhere, or is still in progress. The DC is open to PhD students at any stage of their doctoral studies.

There is a 300€ award for the best DC poster supported by the AERFAI.

To participate in the DC, students should inscribe using this link and present a poster in that session. The deadline for DC registration is on June 19th, 2023.

DC posters can be either A0 or A1 format, with vertical (portrait) orientation. The student must be present at the poster to interact with attendees during the DC session.

We will create a "Book of Abstracts" using a Google Docs document. It will contain the names of poster presenters, their presentation titles, and brief summaries of their work. During registration, participants will be asked to provide an abstract of their research and a caption (a descriptive image) of their work. The main objective of the "Book of Abstracts" is to promote knowledge sharing and encourage attendees to preview the topics that will be presented. By sharing this document prior to the symposium, participants can familiarize themselves with the research and plan their attendance accordingly, ensuring they don't miss presentations that align with their interests.

The posters can be printed in Alicante, upon request for a printing service locally available. In this case, posters must be sent for printing before June 13. The IbPRIA organization has arranged a proposal with Limencop, with the cost of 29,79€ for a rolled paper version of an A0 poster in photographic-quality paper, and 14,70€ for A1 size. If you decide for this service, please contact Limencop via email to publicaciones@asociacionapsa.com with subject "Limencop/IbPRIA DC Poster printing service", and adding in copy the organizers email ibpria23@dlsi.ua.es. Please indicate in the email that the poster should be printed in A0 or A1 size, and recall that posters should be send in PDF format with the correct size (as lower sizes will result in low quality when printing). The printed poster will be available for pick up at the registration desk of the conference.
