Instructions for oral: Papers with oral presentations will have a 15-minute slot for presentation plus 5 minutes for questions. In addition, this year we give the opportunity to papers with oral presentation to also present their work at the poster session of the same day. This is optional but highly recommended to foster the interaction during the conference.

Instructions for Posters

• Posters should have A0 size in vertical format (841 mm width x 1189 mm height).
• Each poster has assigned a poster session. You should plan to mount your poster on the morning of your assigned day. Push pins will be available for mounting posters.
• One of the co-authors must be present at the poster to interact with attendees during the assigned session. So that poster presenters can have a chance to see the other posters presented in their same session, it is permissible to leave your poster for short periods of time, but for no more than a total of 20 minutes. It is not necessary to be at the poster at other times during the conference.

Poster Printing Service: We have arranged for a printing service to print and deliver your posters to the venue. The cost will be 40 euros for a rolled paper version of your poster (A0 color). The registration site will allow you to log back in and pay. Login is located in the upper left corner of the registration site (https://eventos.uam.es/25764/detail/the-23rd-iberoamerican-congress-on-pattern-recognition-ciarp-2018.html). You must use the email employed during the registration. Once logged, you can add Printing Service as a new product.

Please submit posters via email to ibpria2019.secretariat@uam.es with subject "Poster printing service" before June 25th, 2019. Please, be sure that payment was done before deadline in order to confirm it.

Poster must be send in PDF format with the correct size A0 (lower sizes will result in low quality when printing).
